Business Hours & Appointments

  • Our shop operates strictly by appointment only, including estimates and inspections.

  • Off-site inspections or estimate visits may incur a travel fee depending on distance.

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed to be accommodated due to active work in progress.

  • Most full car project appointments are typically available within 1–2 months, depending on workload, vehicle type, and work needed.

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please refer to our listed business hours on this website.

Appointments &  Deposits

All appointments require a 20 percent deposit based on the written estimate to reserve your scheduled service date. The deposit secures your position in our production schedule and covers initial material preparation and ordering.
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice total.
Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels within 7 days of the scheduled appointment or fails to appear.
Reschedules require at least 72 hours’ notice. Reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit at our discretion.
For projects scheduled several weeks or months in advance, the original estimate pricing is honored. Any additional damage, hidden issues, material increases, or approved supplemental repairs may result in additional charges.

Payments , Taxes & Financing

All services reflect current pricing updated November 2025.
All estimates are provided before applicable sales tax and processing fees.
Sales tax applies to taxable items including materials and parts only and will be calculated on the final invoice in accordance with Florida law.
If additional damage, labor, or materials are discovered during the repair process:
• The customer will be notified
• Additional work must be approved
• Additional payment may be required before work continues
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release.
Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, approved card payments, and approved third-party financing providers.
Any merchant, lender, or payment processing fees charged to our business will be passed on to the customer.
If financing is used, financing approval must be secured prior to the scheduled drop-off date. Financing availability, limits, expiration, and funding terms are determined solely by the financing provider and may change at any time.
All required payment amounts must be satisfied according to our payment schedule regardless of financing status.
If financing funds are unavailable at drop-off, the required payment must be satisfied through another approved payment method before work begins.

                                              Non-Payment Policy

Vehicles will not be released until all balances are paid in full.

  • By authorizing repairs, the customer agrees to pay for all approved labor, parts, and materials.

  • Failure to pay for completed or approved work may result in legal action or other remedies permitted by law.

  • We reserve the right to protect our business from non-payment.

  •     Vehicles not picked up after this period will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee.

Workmanship & Customer-Requested Modifications

Requests to shortcut proper repair procedures, use alternative materials, or deviate from professional recommendations may be:
    • Declined
    • Accepted at the customer’s request and expense

If a customer chooses to proceed against professional recommendations:
    • We are not responsible for reduced durability
    • We are not responsible for future corrective work
    • Any rework required as a result will be billed separately

If an issue results from our workmanship, we will address it at no charge within the agreed scope and budget

Scope of Work and Job Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any job that falls outside our scope of services, does not meet our shop standards, or cannot be performed to an acceptable professional level. We may decline requests for panel or surface repairs without refinishing, or accept them only at our discretion and in writing. Requests to repair panels and leave them unpainted are generally not services we offer. This does not apply to part installation, replacement, or alignment when no surface repair is involved.

Estimates are provided only for services we offer and do not guarantee acceptance of work.

We may also decline work based on parts availability, vehicle condition, scheduling limitations, or compatibility with our processes, materials, or equipment.

All pricing is based on our labor standards, materials, and scope of work. Pricing will vary by project and is not comparable to previous jobs. We do not match or compete with pricing from other shops.

Issue Reporting / Warranty

  • If a customer believes there is an issue related to our workmanship, the vehicle must be brought back within 45 days of pickup for inspection.

  • An appointment may be scheduled for any necessary repairs or corrective work.

  • Verified workmanship issues will be addressed at no charge within the agreed scope of work.

  • Issues reported after 45 days may not be covered.

  • Any new issues or work requested by the customer that were not part of the original estimate or suggested by our team will be considered additional work and will require approval.

  • Additional work may incur extra charges and will not be performed without prior approval and payment.

Finish Characteristics and Cosmetic Expectations

  • Due to the nature of professional polishing and refinishing, minor compound or polish residue may remain or reappear in seams, edges, textured surfaces, or hard to reach areas. While vehicles are cleaned prior to delivery, residue can migrate out of seams after washing, heat exposure, or normal use. This is cosmetic in nature and does not affect the quality, durability, or completeness of the work.

  • Surface straightness and finish uniformity vary based on the selected finish level and agreed scope of work. Higher levels of straightness require additional refinement, blocking, and labor. Characteristics consistent with the selected finish level, when performed to professional standards within the agreed scope, are considered acceptable and do not constitute workmanship defects.
